Jayne Is a Creative Collaborator and Humanitarian at Heart- Creating New Futures via, Collaborating with many inspired thought leaders to create new infinite potentials and inspired outcomes for humanity.

Jayne is the founder of Being Creative Solutions, a company that has naturally evolved from 12 years of High Performance Business Coaching, specializing in Communication, Visualisation and Emotional Intelligence for Creating and Leading High Performance Teams. Jayne has enjoyed access to many highly skilled mentors and business leaders over the years, and knows the true value that is added through collaboration.

Companies are collaborating with Being Creative Solutions to design and build strong, green, sustainable ventures that are creating new, innovative, locally-owned businesses and ecologically-centred jobs that honour the people who work in them and our natural environment. Working with for profit and not for profits to create business visions and activation plans that reach beyond 2030 with sustainable and regenerative development.

Jayne has also worked as a registered Nurse in Adult and Children’s Acute care settings after completing a Nursing Degree at the University of South Australia in 2001.

As a volunteer, Jayne began coaching at the age of 14 and was an accredited coach with the Australian Coaching Council from the age of 18. She continued for 16 years specialising in Visualisation and Sport Science for High Performance Coaching & Talent Identification Programs & Selection Panels with Netball SA.
Jayne has written and published several high performance coaching resources for clients and her own personal development since 2009.
